Shipping Information

We always aim to dispatch orders within 1 working day of receiving them. If you order before 2pm on our standard 'Tracked 48' delivery service, your order will be booked in for collection the next day, and in most cases, it will get to you within 48 hours. However, if Royal Mail are experiencing delays this can be a bit longer. If you order before 2pm and opt for the 'Tracked 24®' service, we will drop it off at the post office on the same day (or next morning, depending on stock levels), and it should reach you within 24 hours.

We will always let you know via the announcements bar if there are backlogs or if we are experiencing high volumes of orders, which is likely to cause a later dispatch date. We may also contact you via email if there are any issues or if clarification is needed.

All orders over £20 are currently eligible for FREE UK SHIPPING! This will be the Tracked 48® service (48 hours), or you will have the option to pay an extra 99p for a Tracked 24® service (24 hours). 

We also offer free local delivery for all orders over £15. This is set to a 10-mile radius from our workshop in West Hove.

Please note that if an order exceeds 20kg, we may get in touch to discuss shipment fees and you will have to pay the extra to ensure we can make your order. As a general rule, we absorb a portion of the shipping costs, making it more economical for the customer. Currently, we can ship to anywhere in the United Kingdom excluding the channel islands of Jersey, Guernsey, Sark, Alderney and Herm.

If you have already received your order but there has been an issue, please let us know as soon as possible.
